Hi there! My name is Sophia and and I’m an art director and designer
with 14 years of experience designing & art directing high-profile
entertainment attractions and events, both domestic & international.
​
My work has brought me from designing shows & entertainment for Walt Disney
Creative Entertainment (now known as Disney Parks Live Entertainment) in
Orlando, FL; to experiential marketing at innovative NYC agency Relevent
Partners working with brands such as Under Armour, Oreo, Samsung, Cadillac, etc; to currently working in Los Angeles as an art director at Thinkwell Group (a TAIT Company) for large-scale developments such as theme park lands, rides, and shows predominantly in Asia and the Middle East.

For the past several years, my main scope has been art direction of innovative & forward-thinking concepts for future theme parks & LBE. This includes working closely with our client and internal teams to formulate goals, creative/art direction, and deliverables; and then consequently managing pipelines of artistic teams to achieve our creative goals. My role is equal parts creative and logistical in terms of setting ambitious yet cohesive creative vision, and then putting together talented teams of humans to execute it.
My passions are in producing memorable & creative designs with emphasis on story and immersive experience. How can we use space to communicate a theme that the guest will respond to emotionally? How can we not just follow the “style guide” of an IP/brand, but bring it to a completely new level of experience for the guest? How do we not just use technology, but integrate it seamlessly with creative experience?​
